The Red Hat in Irvington Scores with the NY Times

Recently, Red Hat on the River located in Irvington, NY, a beloved neighbor of the Rivertowns community received a high review by Steve Reddicliffe of The New York Times.  Deemed "Very Good", a high mark from such a tough publication, I am now half way out the door and on my way to enjoy the views and the food that this restaurant has to offer!  Seriously... I already texted my fiance saying we are going there on his next night off... but I digress...

Upon reading the article, it has become very clear Red Hat offers cuisine that is diverse, delicious and perfectly matched for it's Hudson River location; as stated in the article, the "patio [is] a clam's throw from the Hudson".  Another exciting little tid-but is that one of our Rivertown local businesses, By The Way Bakery, known for their gluten-free ways and located in the heart of downtown Hastings-on-Hudson, was mentioned for their delicious Lemon Tea Cake.
