Jennifer Rossano, Chef & Culinary Instructor
Jennifer Rossano teaches culinary techniques and food education to individuals and groups, working with students of all ages in a variety of settings. Her approach combines preparing delicious food with choosing ingredients and cooking methods that support good health. Jennifer has taught clients of The Nutrition Center at Scarsdale Medical Group, members of The Junior League of Central Westchester, numerous Girl Scout troops, as well as patrons of Scarsdale's local wine shop, Vintology, where she and proprietor Dean Moretta offer organic food & wine tastings. Jennifer also guest teaches at the Scarsdale Middle School, where she leads a cooking lesson on "Super Foods" with the seventh grade Food & Consumer Sciences students.
Prior to launching her own business, Jennifer worked in the kitchen at The Blum Center for Health, where she developed an appreciation for the role that food plays in achieving nutritional wellness. Jennifer attended the International Culinary Arts Center (formerly the French Culinary Institute), completing an immersion program in culinary techniques.
