Iyengar Yoga with Nancy Kardon at Scarsdale Library on Saturday, September 14th at 11:30 AM
Why Iyengar Yoga? Because it is a profound transformative method of learning yoga. As a certified lyengar Yoga teacher with over 20 years of experience, Nancy Kardon knows how to guide students of all ages and abilities. No one is too stiff, out of shape, stressed, or old to begin Iyengar Yoga. Required is a willingness to learn about yourself and work with your challenges steadily , one step at a time. Over time with practice you will be stronger, and aches and pains will lessen while you gain endurance, flexibility, balance and equilibrium in this practice of meditation in action.
With the main building on Olmsted Road closed for a major renovation, the session will be held at The Betty Taubert Girl Scout House- 37 Wayside Lane, Scarsdale NY 10583. Please bring yoga mat, blocks, and belt (optional).
