Thomas Bond of Somers, NY was a member of the 2018 SUNY Oneonta baseball team.
The team finished with an overall record of 12-22 and 7-11 in the SUNYAC this season.
Thomas started nine games as a pitcher this spring. The captain of the team was 2-6 with a 4.86 ERA. He held opposing hitters to a .264 batting average while striking out 38 batters.
SUNY Oneonta supports 21 varsity teams and is a member of the SUNYAC Conference while competing at the NCAA Division III level. The state-of-art athletics facilities include a field house and two field turf fields.
Located in the hills of Central New York, SUNY Oneonta is a mid-size, public, liberal arts and sciences college with a pre-professional focus. The college enrolls approximately 6,000 students in a wide variety of bachelor's degree programs and a number of graduate certificates and degrees.
