ART FOR THE AGES

Families are invited to KMA’s next Family Day event: Art for the Ages. Guest artists from the current exhibition will lead young visitors in a variety of surprising art activities that make use of old and collected materials to create unique works of art.
Enjoy a fun afternoon of creative art-making all around the KMA’s galleries and the Marilyn M. Simpson Sculpture Garden
- Create a Collections Collage with exhibition artist Jean-Marc Superville Sovak.
- Join exhibition artist Camille Eskell as she leads families in an Imaginative Assemblage project using found materials.
- Take part in a collaborative Building Blocks activity that connects family memories.
- Explore the exhibition Cladogram: 2nd KMA International Juried Biennial with a fun Family Guide.
At the KMA:
Limited spaces available during three time slots: 11:30 AM, 1:00 PM and 2:30 PM. Registration Recommended. Members: Free, Non-Members: $10 Adults, $5 Children, Students and Seniors.
