HV Renegades Win North Division Playoff Series, Face Greenville Drive for League Title Starting Sunday

Renegades will play the Greenville Drive in League Championship Series starting Sunday

The Hudson Valley Renegades (NY Yankees) defeated the Jersey Shore Blue Claws (Philadelphia Phillies) 3-2 Friday night at Heritage Financial Park (formerly Dutchess County Stadium) in Fishkill.

The win gives Hudson Valley the series 2 games to 1 and the North Division Title of the South Atlantic High-A League Season. The win also gives the Renegades a spot in the Best of Three Championship Series against the Greenville Drive (Boston Red Sox) who defeated the Hickory Crawdads (Texas Rangers) in 2 games to earn their spot in the Championship Series.

The Championship Series starts Sunday September 17th at 2:05 pm at Heritage Financial Park in Fishkill. Games 2 and 3 (if necessary) will be played in Greenville on Tuesday,  September 19th and Game 3, (again if needed), will take place on Wednesday, September 20th.
