It is bittersweet to announce that our Children's Librarian, Kristi Farrell, will be continuing her journey at another library after Friday, April 19th. We wish her good luck on her new endeavor and best wishes for a wonderful future! With this being said, there will be no children's room staff at this time. We have wonderful part time staff members that are going to do the best that they can to serve the community. You may see a decrease in some programming at this time but we are working hard to rectify the situation and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

It's hard to find the right words to express just how appreciative I am for the time I've spent at Somers. Every day has felt like an adventure filled with fun, learning, and discovery. Thank you for welcoming me into your lives and allowing me to be a part of this incredible community.
