It's summer time, which means it's also time for the Putnam/ Northern Westchester Women's Resource Center Restaurant Raffle! Enjoy the culinary creativity of the Hudson Valley and buy a raffle for a chance to win a restaurant gift certificate. Take a look at the list of supporting restaurants.
