The November 15th 2021 Westchester Networking Organizations’ Session features Marissa Badgley, MSW, Founder of Reloveution, a workplace transformation expert who helps leaders better meet the human needs of their employees. Influenced by her own journey through burnout and frustration in the workplace,
Badgley has developed propriety tools and frameworks to measure what matters most for human beings at work. Additionally it is designed to support the partners in operationalizing “H-E-A-R-T “ ( Humanity-Empathy-Authenticity- relationships and Trust) in their leadership & workplace systems.
This session will focus on Authenticity as an individual’s superpower; this concept will be explored and specifically, the importance of creating environments where people can show up, express themselves, and be valued as who they truly are.
Marissa Badgley, MSW is a nationally recognized presenter and facilitator with deep roots in the nonprofit sector; she has experience working globally with leaders, organizations and businesses from several industry sectors.
