Yoga for Caregivers & Kids Grade K-5 at Somers Library

Yoga at an early age encourages self-esteem and body awareness with a physical activity that's non-competitive. Classes will help caregivers & children to learn techniques for self-health, relaxation, and inner fulfillment. Benefits from yoga are not only physically- it enhances their flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness.

In addition, a Tibetan Singing bowl will be played at the end of class to improve a sense of calmness and relaxation.

Join 4 Caregiver & Children's Yoga classes: Exercise, play, connect more deeply with the inner self and develop an intimate relationship with the natural world that surrounds them.

These Classes will be led by Vivian Lee, a certified Bikram Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Vinyasa Yoga instructor who has also been studying Children's Yoga.

Program will take place outside Children's Room; if weather prohibits outside class,
a Zoom link will be emailed.
