Con Edison has announced they will reimburse customers for spoiled food and prescription medicine if they lost power for at least 48 consecutive hours during Tropical Storm Isaias.
Customers may get reimbursed for up to $235 with an itemized list, or up to $540 with an itemized list and proof of loss — with receipts, photos etc. Reimbursement requests must be filed on or before Sept. 8, 2020.
