Peak conditions are expected in Dutchess County around Poughkeepsie, with 75% change and brilliant yellow and orange leaves, along with some touches of red and green. Spotters in Beacon and Fishkill predict near-peak foliage with more than 50% transition and increasing amounts of yellow and red leaves of average brilliance. Throughout Orange County, foliage will be at midpoint of change. Spotters predict 50% change and seasonal colors of average brilliance in Newburgh, and 40% color change and average-to-bright green, yellow, and orange leaves in Goshen. Spotters in Cornwall-on-Hudson are expecting 30% color transition with increasing touches of yellow and red leaves of average brilliance.
