110 Grill coming to Poughkeepsie Galleria

New England’s fastest growing restaurant group, 110 Grill, will continue its expansion into the Northeast region, with the opening of its newest location in Poughkeepsie, New York, scheduled for Thursday, August 6th at 11:00 AM. The restaurant will be opening at Poughkeepsie Galleria, located at 2001 South Road, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601. This opening will mark 110 Grill’s 6th location in New York, and the first in Dutchess County. 110 Grill will continue to serve its signature modern-American fare, featuring classic dishes, as well as a large gluten free menu, where 100% of the core menu can be made gluten free.

At the helm of the restaurant’s cuisine, Senior Director of Culinary, Elliot Williams, is bringing his global culinary expertise to deliver seasonally-inspired dishes that are also allergen-aware, and offered in gluten-free versions. Guests can enjoy starters and soups such as the 110 Spinach Dip Bread Bowla creamy blend of cheeses, spinach and artichokes, served in a sourdough bread bowl with tortilla chips and cucumber slices; Firecracker Shrimplightly fried shrimp, tossed in a spicy sweet chili sauce, garnished with broccoli slaw; and Crispy Fried Pickle Chipscrispy dill pickle chips, served with a side of honey mustard and sriracha aioli. Entrees and larger plates include the Chimichurri Steak, cajun seasoned sirloin steak topped with an herb and garlic infused chimichurri sauce, served with seasoned french fries; Chicken Piccata Gnocchi with lightly fried chicken, sautéed gnocchi and spinach, tossed in a lemon caper parmesan butter sauce with fried sage; and Pulled Pork Mac and Cheese a rich cheese sauce tossed with cavatappi pasta, topped with BBQ pulled pork, onion strings and BBQ crumbles, finished with BBQ and ranch; in addition to a selection of sandwiches and flatbreads. 110 Grill Poughkeepsie will also serve a variety of vegetarian options, including the Beyond Burger100% plant based burger served on a pretzel bun, topped with lettuce, tomato and red onion, available vegan.

From the restaurant’s signature horseshoe bar, 110 Grill Poughkeepsie will offer a diverse wine list, beers from both local and national brands, as well as a selection of cocktails. This season, guests can sip on refreshing libations such as the Lemon Blossom with Tito’s Handmade Vodka, St Elder Elderflower Liqueur and lemonadeWatermelon Margtini with Tres Agaves Blanco Tequila, watermelon puree and liqueur and limeGinger Mule with Hammer & Sickle Vodka, apple ginger shrub, lemon and Goslings ginger beer; and Peach Arnold Palmer with Bird Dog Peach Whiskey, fresh lemon juice and housemade tea syrup. 

110 Grill Poughkeepsie marks the 30th location for the six-year-old restaurant group, the first in Dutchess County. 110 Grill also has other locations in New York, including Albany, Henrietta, Latham, Middletown, and Syracuse. 110 Grill Poughkeepsie will open on Thursday August 6th at 11:00AM. The restaurant will serve lunch and dinner daily thereafter during regular hours of operation: Monday through Saturday from 11:00AM – 9:00PM and Sunday from 11:00AM – 6:00 PM.
