What do you want the community to know? Are there ways for the community to help you and other local businesses to prosper?
That 21 Lake is open and ready to serve them again. We have incorporated a substantial amount of safeguards in terms of keeping the public safe (social distancing, multiple sanitizer stations, signage, etc.). Safety and quality are our top priorities, we are in this together. If the community can continue to support us by either ordering take-out or dining in along with spreading the word that 21 Lake is a quality dining option it would put a lot of people back to work. In addition, stay safe, be smart if you are choosing to dine in with us, make sure you have a mask, and if you aren’t feeling well, come us see when you are feeling better.
We have instituted a 4 for $44 Take-Out Tuesday program that provides a full meal (salad, entrée, side, and dessert) for a family of 4 for only $44. Cheaper than a night out and we can even throw in a nice bottle of wine for $10, 5 for $55. We also have a fun and fresh Al Fresco menu that doesn’t strip the guest of a night out by offering a lesser quality menu we are a scratch kitchen so everything from our starters to desserts is made in house. All can be ordered right through the 21 Lake website (www.21lakerestaurantandbar.com), we also have a digital menu for the folks choosing to dine in, they just scan a QSR Code and a link pops up on the smartphone that takes them directly to our menu, eliminate the waste of paper and building another layer of safety with a contactless ordering experience.
Are there certain individuals or organizations that supported you and your business through this trying time?
In general, all of the vendors have been super supportive, from Sysco to our Liquor vendors and our service companies have all been over the top with their ideas, help, hospitality, and understanding.
