Metro North "No service north of Pleasantville starting today due to storm damage!"

On Thursday, Aug. 6, due to the impacts of Tropical Storm Isaias sustained by our infrastructure, Metro-North will operate weekend service on the Harlem Line for trains traveling from Pleasantville to Grand Central Terminal only. There will be no service between Chappaqua and Southeast, and there will be no service from Southeast to Wassaic.

Crews are working night and day to repair signals, track and power lines to bring back full service. Please listen for announcements at your station and continue to monitor new.mta.infowww.mta.info/mnr and Facebook and Twitter for updates. Customers can also use our automated phone system at 511 (in Connecticut call 877-690-5114) or to speak with a representative dial 646-252-1701.

*Editors Note. MNRR did not address the issue of busses being provided in lieu of train service in the affected area(s).
