The 2020 Town/County Tax Bills have been mailed.
Full payment is due by 4/30/2020
Please note: The law under which our Town & County property tax bill falls is New York State’s Real Property Tax Law (RPTL) which means the deadlines and penalties associated to this Town & County Tax Bill cannot be changed by our office or your local Town Board. At this time the State has not allowed for a change to the deadline so this bill is due by 4/30/2020.
Mailing your payment is best. Please make sure it is postmarked by 4/30/20.
Many banks offer online bill pay. You can pay your taxes this way by initiating the bank to mail a check in for your taxes. Just make sure it is made out to Michele McKearney, Receiver of Taxes, include your bill number and address in the memo portion of the check and mail in time to be received by 4/30/20.
