1. Authorize the reappointment of Ms. Christine Williamson-Canavan to the Somers Library Board of Trustees to a five-year term ending December 31, 2025.
2. Acknowledge termination of employee with ADP ID: CAW099318 as Part-time Police Officer for the Somers Police Department, pursuant to NYS Civil Service Law Section 73, effective February 8, 2021.
3. Authorize the proposal for traffic light repairs at the intersection of West Hill Drive at Warren Street, Somers, NY from Verde Electric Maintenance Corp. in the amount of $26,895.00 to be funded by the General Fund Capital Project Fund Balance per memo dated January 26, 2021 from Nicholas DeVito, Superintendent of Highways.
