Postal Incident Update

The Town of Somers has been notified of mail discarded in the woods in the vicinity of Voris Drive in the Town of Somers.  There is an ongoing investigation by the USPS Office of Inspector General. According to the Westchester District Post Office Operations Manager, this has been categorized as a single incident involving mail sent approximately between September 3 to the week of September 24, 2018; anything mailed after September 28, 2018 is not in question.
