Christmas in Leipzig Concert at St. Barnabas Greenwich, Dec. 10

St. Barnabas Episcopal Church is delighted to announce Christmas Vespers which will take place at 4:15 p.m. on Sunday, December 10.

Imagine celebrating Christmas as it was done in the early 1700’s in Leipzig, Germany. You can do just that right here in Connecticut, in Greenwich on December 10.

Featuring instrumentation of the period in a Vesper setting, the St. Barnabas Choir and the Bach Collegium will present Bach Cantatas No. 62 & No. 10, under the joint direction of Bálint Karosi, award wining composer and Michael Roush, Director o Music at St. Barnabas.

Ticket are $40 for general seating and can be purchased at the door or online at: (concertgoers age 16 and under, free of charge)

Meet the artist receptions for the 2017-2018 Bach@415 concert series is graciously sponsored by Happiness is Catering and Horseneck Wines & Liquors. The companies will host short receptions immediately following the concerts so that guests can have a special opportunity to meet the musicians.
