Triangle Community Center (TCC), Fairfield County’s leading LGBTQ+ Pride Center, has announced that its annual Pride in the Park festival will be held on June 10, 2023 at Veterans Memorial Park (42 Seaview Avenue, Norwalk, CT 06855) from 12pm-8pm.
This year’s title sponsor is Norwalk-based FactSet.
Pride in the Park is Fairfield County’s largest LGBTQ+ Pride festival. In 2022, Pride in the Park saw its largest gathering of LGBTQ+ people and allies, with more than 8,500 visitors from around the tri-state area, as well as from neighboring states such as Massachusetts and Rhode Island. This year, Pride in the Park will offer more family-friendly activities, a variety of food and gift vendors, and a program of nationally acclaimed entertainers, including some show-stopping headliners, soon to be announced.
“We are so happy to be expanding our annual celebration of LGBTQ+ Pride for 2023,” said Colin Hosten, TCC’s Board President. “Being at Veterans Memorial Park in Norwalk will give more space to host more activities, and a larger performance area for folks to enjoy themselves and have fun. Plus, we have some really exciting headliners that we’re eager to announce. The girls are going to gag!”
“Pride in the Park has such a positive impact here in Fairfield County and throughout Connecticut,” said Kristana Esslinger, TCC’s Director of Operations. “It’s really one of those annual events that so many people look forward to, and we are thrilled to have support from our local, state and federal elected officials, among others.”
Pride in the Park 2023 is sponsored by Title Sponsor, FactSet, as well as some new and returning producing sponsors, including Synchrony, The SoNo Collection, The Leonard-Litz LGBTQ+ Foundation, Eylure London and Circle Care Center, as well as major sponsors such as M&T Bank, Deloitte, Henkel, TracyLocke and Nuvance Health.
