You're IT Jonesly MMA Academy!
Four questions with Jonesly Theus, founder of Jonesly MMA Academy.
Why did you start your business?
I started JoneslyMMA Academy to share the lessons I learned from martial arts that changed the trajectory of my life. As the son of Haitian immigrants who came to America and settled in Queens, NY. I was faced with many obstacles, such as being bullied, feeling insecure, and being frightened. I decided something had to change. Thankfully, I found martial arts, and through training, I learned to overcome adversity, which is the best way to develop self-confidence. That feeling of true confidence is what I want my students to possess after training at JoneslyMMA Academy.
What is your best selling product/service?
My group classes are my best selling service. Like-minded people come together to train to achieve common goals. Which is to get in shape, learn effective self-defense techniques and develop the psychology needed to avoid a fight
How many local businesses do you use to support your business (products and services), and can you name them?
I use three local companies to support my business. The first business is Tech Compass (my website designer), located at 181 W Main St #1a, Norwalk CT. The other business, Stephanie Anestis Photography (my videographer), checks her out at stephanieanestis.com. The third business Sign smart ( my sign maker) located on two 1st St, Norwalk, CT 06855.
