Learn How to Save Lives at Stop the Bleed Day, Hosted by Norwalk EMS, Fire, and Police

Thanks for your interest in saving lives! With your help we can bring the number of preventable deaths from bleeding in the U.S. down to zero!

The top cause of preventable death in trauma is bleeding. 20% of people who have died from traumatic injuries could have survived with quick bleeding control.

Stop The Bleed is a national campaign to address the most common cause of preventable trauma death in the United States: uncontrolled bleeding.

National Stop The Bleed Day brings Bleeding Control (B-CON) Instructors and students together for a day of training. Free of charge.

This training consists of a presentation (about 1 hour) followed by hands on practice at different skill areas.

Feel free to invite friends or family members to attend. Just remind them to register.
