Sacred Heart Church in Southbury is accepting registration for Faith Formation and Sacrament programs for the September 2015-May 2016 year. Enrollment in GIFT (Growing in Faith Together, an inter-generational program for all ages) is offered to students in grade 1 through all adult ages.
This unique approach offers families and individuals the opportunity to learn about their faith through six themed based–event centered learning sessions. This year, the focus is Living a Moral Life based on the foundation of the 10 Commandments and the Greatest Commandment given by Jesus. Celebration of the Sacraments of First Reconciliation/First Holy Communion (typically in 2nd grade) and Confirmation (typically in 10th grade) requires participation in our two-year preparation programs.
