The Senior Youth Group at the United Church of Christ in Southbury will be hosting a FREE outdoor movie night to build community and raise funds to benefit their upcoming mission trip to Wisconsin.
On Friday, May 30th bring your blankets, towels and chairs and your kids and families to watch a movie on the green in front of the UCC Church. The movie is "Frozen" and concessions will be available. All proceeds from the sale of popcorn, drinks and candy will help support the Youth Group as they travel to Wisconsin. The mission trip allows teens to go forth and helps support the mission's local community by doing work projects. These projects include anything from building ramps to help people into/out of their homes, roofing, replacing windows/doors, painting, sheet rocking and more.
