Southbury Tax Office Reminds Residents that Taxes are Due

The 2017 Grand List tax bills for Real Estate and Motor Vehicle have been mailed out on June 29, 2018.

The first installment is due July 1, 2018 but you have until August 1, 2018 to pay without penalty.

To access your tax bill(s) and pay online please go to www.southbury-ct.org/tax.

If paying by mail, please note the remit address on your tax bill: Town of Southbury, Dept. 3610, P.O. Box 4110, Woburn, Ma 01888-4110.

If paying the bill in person, the Tax Office is located at 501 Main Street South, Room 204. The hours are as follows: Monday- Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm, Friday 8:00am-1:00pm. Please note that the Tax Office cannot take cash over $50.00.

You must include the appropriate tax bill stub with your payment if paying by mail or in person.

There will be no other bill sent for January 1, 2019.
