John's life as an actor, traveler, musician, seeker, and artist has contributed to Silent Song, a black and white reflection of isolation, abstraction, and whimsy with various mediums. Silent Song was a vision that began two years ago for a solo exhibition.

Kildahl's work has been exhibited at the Washington Arts Association and the Art Gallery at the Mill. His piece "Scrabby" was accepted into the upcoming juried show Printmaking on the Edge at The Art Center in Dover NH. This show can be viewed in person or virtually at The Art Center's Online Gallery. His work is owned by art collectors throughout the United States.

With John's background in choral training, Broadway, and regional theatre, he has created three, one-man musical shows. The most recent show, Hobo's Journey, was performed locally at Art's Escape in Southbury. John resides in Woodbury with his wife Terry and their dog Lakota. Terry and John have 8 grand Nutmeggers.
