On Saturday, May 17, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Ballantine Park in Southbury will transform into a vibrant hub of creativity for the third annual Art in the Park event. This free community gathering is a collaborative effort by Southbury Parks and Recreation (SPR), the Southbury Arts & Culture Alliance (SACA), and the Middlebury and Southbury Equity and Inclusion Council (MSEIC).
Attendees of all ages are invited to engage in a variety of hands-on arts and crafts projects. Whether you're interested in learning a new artistic technique or simply looking to enjoy a creative activity, the event offers something for everyone. Participants can also enter free raffle drawings for a chance to win fun prizes.
