The Town of Southbury will be waiving permit fees for flood-related repair work.
For your fees to be waived:
- If you haven’t already, you will need to report your home/business flood-related damages online – go to Emergency Center page and click on Report Flood Damage (which will bring you to Crisis Track reporting form).
- Go to our online permitting software, City Squared, to complete your permit application. Please check the box signifying ‘pay in office’.
- The Town will then verify that your permit application cross-checks to the information you reported online. If the information matches in both systems, the fees will be waived.
