Senior Living Hospitality Group Assumes Management of East Hill in Southbury

Senior Living Hospitality Group Announces Management Transition for 3030 Park and East Hill Communities

Bringing Local Leadership and Continued Excellence to Connecticut Senior Living

Bridgeport & Southbury, CT (March 3, 2025) – Senior Living Hospitality Group proudly announces a new chapter for two distinguished senior living communities in Connecticut—3030 Park in Bridgeport and East Hill in Southbury. Effective March 1, 2025, management of these communities has transitioned to Senior Living Hospitality Group, a newly formed Connecticut-based organization led by the local management team that has overseen these communities for many years. Previously, this team operated as part of Watermark Retirement Communities, an Arizona-based organization.

For residents and families of 3030 Park and East Hill, this transition ensures continuity in management and operations, reinforces a commitment to exceptional service, and renews the focus on delivering “next-generation hospitality” in senior living. All community employees will remain in their positions, ensuring the continued delivery of high standards in personalized service and compassionate care. The Connecticut-based leadership team remains unchanged, including Frederick Zarrilli, President; Joan King, Chief Operating Officer; and Samantha Nook, Senior Vice President—each bringing more than a decade of leadership experience within these communities.

“We are thrilled to bring an even greater degree of local perspective and insight as we continue investing in the future of our beautiful, vibrant communities,” said Frederick Zarrilli, President of Senior Living Hospitality Group. “This transition is the latest step in delivering on our mission to provide residents and families with a value proposition and customer experience that is unmatched in our marketplace.”

The management transition does not impact the communities’ ownership or financing. Senior Living Hospitality Group’s appointment as manager has the full support of 3030 Park’s and East Hill’s ownership group, the previous manager, Watermark Retirement Communities, and National Health Investors, Inc. (NHI), which has provided the communities’ long-term lease financing since 2016.
