Tickets Available For Next Thursday's Fundraiser Dinner For Acts 4 Ministry

Tickets are available for the Acts 4 Ministry fundraiser dinner next Thursday, February 2^nd Pontelandolfo (Ponte) Community Club at La Bella Vista Banquet Facility at 380 Farmwood Road in Waterbury beginning at 6:30 PM.

The non-denominational non-profit Acts 4 Ministry is celebrating its 20^th anniversary of serving the daily living needs of individuals and families throughout the greater Waterbury region who have suddenly lost their homes to fire, flood, and other unexpected devastating life events. The dinner will help raise funds for the charitable organization to meet its daily ambitions.

Individuals and families with such needs are invited to visit Acts 4 Ministry’s 1713 Thomaston Avenue boutique shop in Waterbury to personally select, at no charge, clothing, dishes, glassware, furnishings, and items to meet other basic needs. The organization is dedicated to building relationships with people while providing them with the basics of daily living needs.

Ponte Club Secretary Nick Perugini added, “For 30+ years, the Ponte Club has held monthly dinners and supported multiple organizations throughout the Waterbury area. We work to help people who are helping people in the community. Acts 4 Ministry fulfills our mission by creating fundraisers and ultimately helping people with basic day-to-day living needs.”

The Washington Trust wealth management is also a corporate partner in this fundraising ambition.

The February 2^nd sit-down family-style dinner will begin with antipasti, followed by pasta Fagioli, pasta with meatballs and soffritto, grilled Filet Mignon Tips, oven-roasted potatoes, and a fresh salad. Bottles of red wine will be placed on each table.

Located at 380 Farmwood Road in Waterbury, the doors of the fundraiser’s site, La Bella Vista, will open at 6:00 p.m. for a cash bar. Antipasti will be served at each table beginning at 6:30 p.m. and dinner will follow.

The cost for the fundraiser dinner is $40 per person, a portion of which will go directly to raise funds for the Acts 4 Ministry.
