Southbury Happenings: Lessons and Carols, Snow Sculpture Contest & More!
The Festival of Lessons and Carols - 12/17/2017 | 4:00 PM
Join Sacred Heart Church as we gather to listen to nine lessons, followed by carols sung by the talented Sacred Heart Church Choir. We encourage parents to bring their children, giving them the opportunity to sing familiar Christmas hymns in a beautiful setting. This is a perfect opportunity to step back from the holiday hustle and reflect on the true meaning of the Christmas season.
This service is open to the public and free admissions. Refreshments will be served following the program.

Snow Sculpture Contest - ENDS 03/30/2018
When the flakes start to fall, be creative and sculpt your masterpiece! Take a picture of your snow masterpiece and email the photos at parkrec3@southbury-ct.gov. Photos will be on display at the Parks and Recreation office and winners will be announced by March 30, 2018. Organizers: Southbury Parks and Recreation.
