We'll be making one of the Registered Dieticians from Food Explorers walks us through all the steps to make these tasty and delicious bite sized snacks.
This no–yeast recipe is made from Greek yogurt and stuffed with cream cheese. Cook along with us and have all your questions answered live. Founded by Registered Dietician Katie Shepherd, Food Explorers empowers children and teens to learn about food, nutrition, and healthy eating through hands-on activities, games, and child and teen friendly cooking lessons.
