Join Southbury Public Library and Make Stuffed Bagel Bites Tomorrow!

Looking for something to really sink your teeth into? Attend Southbury Public Library's virtual cooking class for Grades 6-12 with Food Explorers tomorrow, Wednesday, September 22 from 5-6pm!

We'll be making one of the Registered Dieticians from Food Explorers walks us through all the steps to make these tasty and delicious bite sized snacks. 

This no–yeast recipe is made from Greek yogurt and stuffed with cream cheese. Cook along with us and have all your questions answered live. Like all our teen programs, this event is totally free, open to residents of any town in Grades 6-12, and sponsored by the Friends of the Southbury Public Library!  

About Food Explorers:

Founded by Registered Dietician Katie Shepherd, Food Explorers empowers children and teens to learn about food, nutrition, and healthy eating through hands-on activities, games, and child and teen friendly cooking lessons. A UConn graduate, Katie took the plunge to create Food Explorers because she knew she wanted to work with kids and teens. All Food Explorers instructors are Registered Dieticians who are passionate about providing kids and teens with knowledge about health and nutrition, empowering them to make their own healthy choices.
