
Guided Walk - Sunday, March 19 | 10:00 AM
Come experience a slow and somatic walk in nature. Forest Bathing, aka nature therapy, is restorative, supports health and healing, and leaves space for individual interpretation. Certified Nature and Forest Therapy guide, Maura Smotrich, will lead these walks to open your gateway to sensory awareness, practicing mindful movement, and nature observation, and end with tea outside.
Please bring a light mat or towel, and optionally: a journal, water, bug spray, sunscreen, clothing layers.
