With the possibility of impending heavy rain and wind, the town would like to remind you that trees may be in a weakened condition from the recent tornado, and they have the potential to fall.
While we are not anticipating a widespread power outage please be prepared in the event that outages occur. The town is monitoring the situation and has been in contact with Eversource and the Red Cross.
While we don't expect it, in the event of power outages along with excessive debris in the roads, residents should be prepared to shelter in place for at least three days in the case of a large event.
