New to CT Arts & Eats, taking place Sept 7th at Stibb’s Field at the Southbury Training School, we are hosting a baking contest for local amateur bakers! Our culinary competition aims to find the most scrumptious and best-dressed pies in the Southbury area!
It’s time for amateur bakers to fire up their ovens and bring us their best, most original pie recipes! This year’s theme is “Pies Around the World.”
Applications can be found at https://www.southburywomensclub.org/ct-arts-eats.html. Open to all, not just residents of Southbury. Entrants must be age 16 or over and the entry fee is $10. Prizes will be awarded for “Best Dressed,” “Most Scrumptious,” and “Crowd Favorite” (to be selected by event patrons).
