The Town of Southbury is currently accepting applications for the position of the Library Secretary
Library Secretary
25 hrs. per week, Mon. – Fri.
Accountable for business and administrative services for the Head Librarian.
Maintains multiple budget accounts with multiple subcategories, monies spent/available throughout the fiscal year, including copies of invoices, assists with budget preparation; prepares excel sheets showing various invoices for each account.
Strong knowledge of computer software related to invoicing and budgets.
Ability to work effectively with the public.
Graduation from High School plus one-year business school or three to five years of related experience.
