Town of Southbury Employment Opportunity: Per Diem Assistant Animal Control Officer
The Town of Southbury is currently accepting applications for the position of Per Diem Assistant Animal Control Officer.
Under the direction of the Animal Control Officer, receives and responds to complaints regarding domestic and wildlife animals from the general public; to enforce all relevant State and Town laws, ordinances and policies. Must possess valid motor vehicle operator’s license. Must obtain rabies vaccination and keep current. Must have current CT Animal Control Officer Certification or be willing to complete within one year and keep current. Salary to be determined by experience. Deadline for submitting applications is January 31, 2020.
