Town of Southbury Employment Opportunity: Land Use Administrator
Full Time with benefits. Plans, organizes, conducts and supervises a comprehensive land use, planning and development program for the community including: zoning enforcement and administration, planning, inland wetlands, subdivisions, GIS administration, open space and grants. Responsible to plan, organize, implement a comprehensive current and long-range planning program and is responsible for maintaining and improving upon the efficiency and effectiveness of all areas under his/her direction and control.
Coordinates the activities of the land use Boards and Commissions, outside agencies and the public. Degree in Planning or related field, five years experience in the land use field. Salary depends on experience. Click to view the job description.
