Gordon Ramsay's "Hell On Wheels" is heading to Connecticut! In Season 2, Episode 3 which airs tomorrow, Wednesday, January 16 at 8:00 pm on FOX, the popular show opens the doors to Vasi's Restaurant & Bar, a family-owned eatery in Waterbury.
Owned by Vasilios Kaloidis, the restaurant, located at 1700 Watertown Ave, boasts an Italian menu with a "Greek influence". The Executive Chef is Valerie Albini.
According to TV Guide, the episode goes down like this: "After intense investigation and surveillance, Chef Ramsay and his team discover a disconnect between the restaurant's owner and head chef that's inhibiting any updates the restaurant may need. Ramsay will try to bring this failing restaurant back from the brink of disaster—all in just 24 hours."
