The Ivy Assisted Living Residential Community in Watertown, currently under construction at 655 Straits Turnpike on the Watertown/Middlebury border, is scheduled to open its’ 89 studio, one-and two-bedroom apartments in early February 2020.

“As a very special incentive to potential residents,” stated Amie Hanrahan, co-owner of the currently-under-construction The Ivy at Watertown, “we will cover the total costs of moving for residents relocating from the local area towns of Watertown, Oakville, Middlebury, Southbury, Oxford, Woodbury, Newtown, Bethel, Waterbury or Naugatuck. Since November of 2019, The Ivy at Watertown has been receiving deposits. “We anticipate our first group of residents will move in by the first week in February,” commented Hanrahan.
