“During these events,” stated The Ivy at Watertown Executive Director Jason Rieger, “we will showcase a model of our one-bedroom apartments which will be among the 89 planned studio, one-and two-bedroom apartments. In late February/early March, we will schedule personal tours for anyone interested in seeing more of the community when the construction process is nearer to completion.”

“Our second incentive is that we will cover the total costs of moving for residents relocating from the local area towns of Watertown, Oakville, Middlebury, Southbury, Oxford, Woodbury, Newtown, Bethel, Waterbury or Naugatuck. All towns within a 25-mile radius of our location on Straits Turnpike.”
