Open House This Saturday At The Ivy at Watertown Assisted Living Community

Scheduled to open on March 30, 2020, The Ivy at Watertown Assisted Living Residential Community at 655 Straits Turnpike in Watertown, currently in the final stages of construction, will host a free Open House for the public this Saturday, February 29, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

“During this event,” stated The Ivy at Watertown Executive Director Jason Rieger, “we will showcase a model of our one-bedroom apartments which will be among the 89 planned studio, one-and two-bedroom apartments. Beginning in early March, personal tours can be scheduled for anyone interested in seeing more of the community when the construction process is nearer to full completion.”

Conveniently located at 655 Straits Turnpike in Watertown, with rapid access to Routes 6, 63, 8 and I- 84, The Ivy will also house a specialized memory support environment called Reflections.

“Currently we are offering two very special incentives to potential residents,” stated Amie Hanrahan, co-owner of The Ivy at Watertown. “New residents will receive a $500/month reduction off of their rent if they deposit on or before April 1st.  This rate reduction will be valid through Jan 2021. 

“Our second incentive is that we will cover the total costs of moving for residents relocating from the local area towns of Watertown, Oakville, Middlebury, Southbury, Oxford, Woodbury, Newtown, Bethel, Waterbury or Naugatuck. All towns within a 25-mile radius of our location on Straits Turnpike.”

All of the apartments at The Ivy are designed with daily high-quality personal care services, walk-in showers, cable, phone and Internet service, self-service washers and dryers, plus car snow removal services for all residents.
