The Town of Southbury Budget and Pomperaug Regional School District #15 Budget Referendum
Date: Wednesday, May 4, 2022
Referendum hours: 6AM - 8PM
Polling location: All voting will be held at the Firehouse at 461 Main Street South.
Property owners who are not registered voters in Southbury may vote at the referendum providing they are U.S. Citizens, at least 18 years of age and own property valued at $1,000 or more recorded on the Southbury Grand List as of October 1, 2021.
Election Day Voter Registration is not available for Referendum

Permanent Absentee Ballots Any elector who is permanently physically disabled can receive an absentee ballot for referendum without reapplying. Click to find out the details.
Voters must provided identification to vote at the polling place. Acceptable forms of identification include: a driver’s license or other photo ID; U.S Passport; a pre-printed form of ID, like a tax bill or utility bill, pay stub or bank statement; Social Security card or other government document that shows your name and address; a document that shows your name and signature (i.e. a credit card).
