Troopers Seek Whereabouts of Wanted Men
Troopers are seeking the whereabouts of Zachary Foster. Foster is a 22 year old black male, approximately 5’5”, 130lbs with brown eyes and black hair.
Zachary Foster is wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant for Escape 1st Degree after leaving a halfway house in Waterbury during September 2017.
Troopers also continue to seek the whereabouts of James Shea. Shea is a 47-year-old white male, approximately 5’9”, 250lbs with blue eyes and brown hair.
