Sam’s American Bistro Chef Michael Trimarchi is turning up the love for mom by offering a beautifully crafted Mother’s Day Brunch on Sunday, May 13. Sam’s, one of the tastiest bistros in Stamford, is located inside The Stamford Marriott Hotel and Spa.
In addition to offering a carving station featuring Wildflower Honey Glazed Cedar Plank Salmon and Black Angus Prime Rib, Chef Michael will prepare an array of traditional brunch favorites, freshly prepared baked goods, and delectable sweets.
