Tax-Free Week in Connecticut comes annually just in time for back-to-school shopping!
Here at HamletHub, we encourage you to shop locally during Tax-Free Week and support the small businesses that do so much to make our community great. These small businesses are the go-to places for our kids' first jobs. They are there for us when we need charitable donations or services.
According to state statute, Sales Tax-Free Week begins on the third Sunday of August and runs until the following Saturday. Tax-Free items include clothing and footwear costing less than $100.
