Meet Daniel Berkowitz founder of How To Skateboards!
Why did you start your business?
I am passionate about skateboarding and have always wanted to start a skateboard brand. I love making my own skateboard designs, riding my own brand's skateboards, and having others appreciate and skate our decks.
What is your best-selling product or service?
Skateboarding lessons. We have been offering private and group skateboarding lesson clinics. We started offering this in August 2024 and it has been very successful!
Stamford Skate Shop is the main local business supporting us. They sell our boards in the shop.
