FAMILY SKATING EVENT ON FEBRUARY 17th

COMMUNITY SKATING EVENT TO FEATURE PUBLIC SKATING DISCOUNTS, DJ, SKATING TIPS FROM PROFESSIONAL COACHES AND MORE

Stamford Twin Rinks, home to one of the nation’s 20 largest U.S. Figure Skating Basic Skills group lesson programs, will host a special event to celebrate the 2018 Winter Olympics on February 17th 2018, from 12:30-2:00pm.

Skaters of all ages and skill levels are invited to enjoy the 90-minute public skating session at a discounted price of $5.00, including skate rentals. (The regular price for admission and rentals is $13.50.) Professional coaches will be on hand to offer skating tips to Beginners (Helmets are recommended). A live DJ will have skaters gliding to the beat; after working up an appetite on the ice, customers can enjoy pizza and drink specials at Hope Street Café.

Stamford Twin Rink’s Skating School offers the only group skating classes in New England taught by a fully certified professional coaching staff, earning it the coveted Excellence on Ice designation from the Professional Skaters Association.
