Gretchen Rubin to Visit Ferguson Library on April 22

On Monday, April 22, the Ferguson Library will host an evening of food, wine, and conversation with Gretchen Rubin, bestselling author of The Happiness Project, Better Than Before, and The Four Tendencies. The event begins at 6:30 p.m. with a reception. The program begins at 7 p.m. with a book sale and signing to follow. Tickets are $15. Click here to register online.

In her decade-long investigation into happiness and human nature, Gretchen Rubin has made a key realization about happiness: For most of us, outer order contributes to inner calm. Rubin's bestselling books about human nature, happiness, and good habits have sold more than three million copies worldwide, and her award-winning podcast, Happier with Gretchen Rubin boasts more than 42 million downloads.

Now, with clarity and humor, she turns to the challenge of creating outer order. Her new book, Outer Order, Inner Calm: Declutter & Organize To Make More Room for Happiness, tackles the challenges of clearing clutter to help create order and to make our lives happier, healthier and more productive.

The Ferguson Library's Main Library, DiMattia Building is located at One Public Library Plaza in Stamford, Conn. For more information, call (203) 351-8243.
